How We Work

Senior engineers, written plans, honest calls.

How an engagement runs

It starts with a conversation

The first call is with an engineer, not a salesperson. We ask which NiFi version you run, how many flows matter, what the custom and scripted components do, and what you are trying to get to. From that we agree scope, staffing and a timeline.

We bill by the hour

Time and materials, senior US engineers, as a project engagement or as staff augmentation. We do not quote per flow, because per-flow prices fall apart the first time an ExecuteScript turns out to hold half the business logic.

We work inside your boundary

On-prem and air-gapped clusters, your change windows, your access controls and your change process. Work that touches production is planned and written down before it happens.

We write things down

Assessments, migration plans, test evidence and runbooks are written for your engineers. If you decide to do the work yourselves, the documents are enough to do it.

We are neutral on the destination

We are not a reseller and take no referral fees. If a flow belongs in a managed ELT tool or in ordinary code rather than in NiFi, we say so instead of migrating it twice.

We stay after cutover

Stabilisation is part of a migration, and ongoing operations are available afterwards from the engineer who already knows the estate.

Tell us which NiFi version you run, roughly how many flows, and what is hurting. The first conversation is with the engineer who would do the work.
